New Saffron Premium Gin from the world famous micro distillers of Dijon Gabriel Boudier was launched at Bar06 in June where it created huge interest with the trade. Based on an old colonial recipe of the 19th Century that was recently re-discovered, Saffron Gin contains eight fresh botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Orange peel, Angelica seeds, Iris, Fennel and Saffron. Saffron Gin is only produced in small batches using a traditional pot still.


Colonial strawberry :

- 50ml Saffron Gin
- 25ml Butterscotch
- 3 Strawberry
- 4 Basil Leaves
- Strawberry Puree

Shaken- martini glass-garnish strawberry and basil leaf.


"Butterfly Effect" - 25 ml Saffron Gin

- 12.5 ml Havvanna 7
- 12.5 ml Boudier crème de peche
- 25 ml Orange juice
- Orenadine lace

Garnish with physalis and Speared orange twirl


Argy Bhaji”

- 50ml Saffron gin
- 25 ml Cinnamon syrupt
- One pear (muddled)
